We strive to provide exceptional service to every customer. If for any reason you are not satisfied, our refund policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be issued. This policy applies to all services purchased through the Corply platform.
1. Overview
We want you to be satisfied with our services. This Refund Policy outlines the circumstances under which you may be eligible for a refund and the process for requesting one. Please review this policy carefully before making a purchase.
2. Formation Services
If your formation documents have not yet been submitted to the state for filing, you are eligible for a full refund of Corply's service fee. Once documents have been submitted to the state, formation service fees are non-refundable.
State filing fees, government fees, and any third-party charges are non-refundable once submitted, regardless of the status of your order.
3. Subscription Services
For subscription-based services (Registered Agent, Compliance Monitoring, Bookkeeping), you may cancel at any time. Refunds for subscription services are provided on a pro-rata basis for the unused portion of the current billing period.
Annual subscriptions that are cancelled within 30 days of purchase are eligible for a full refund, provided the services have not been substantially utilized during that period.
4. One-Time Services
One-time services such as EIN Registration are refundable if the application has not yet been submitted to the IRS. Once submitted, the fee is non-refundable.
Tax filing services are refundable if the preparation work has not yet commenced. Once preparation has begun, a partial refund may be issued at our discretion based on the work completed.
5. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact our support team at support@corply.co with your order number and the reason for your refund request. You may also reach us through the Contact page on our website.
We aim to process all refund requests within 5 business days. Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval.
6. Exceptions
Expedited processing fees are non-refundable once the expedited service has been initiated.
Custom legal document preparation fees are non-refundable once the drafting process has begun.
If a government agency rejects your filing due to information provided by you, Corply will re-file at no additional service fee, but additional government fees may apply. Refunds are not provided in such cases.
7. Chargebacks
If you file a chargeback with your bank or credit card company instead of contacting us for a refund, we reserve the right to suspend your account and any associated services until the dispute is resolved. We encourage you to contact us first so we can resolve any issues promptly.
